Office Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degrees in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant fields.
  • Eight or more years related work experience with comparable scope of responsibilities, preferably in a law firm or other professional service industries.
  • At least five years experience of supervisory role in Administration/Finance and Accounting/Human Resources fields.
  • Good leadership, judgment and common sense.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese.
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
