Import from China; Joint Venture

Our client has two plants in Argentina and produces motorcycles. It looks for a Chinese company desiring to sell engines to our client (four-cycle engine) and also to give licenses to our client to distribute motorcycles in Argentina.

Eventually our client would be willing to create a joint venture for the production of motorcycles in Argentina, using its facilities and receiving capital injection from a Chinese investor.
