Personal Practice Summary
Alexa Chiang is based in Pamir’s Shanghai office. She is a U.S. attorney licensed in Washington and Colorado. Her practice is focused on international private equity and corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as international corporate law and corporate re-structures. She has extensive experience in structuring different types of commercial deals, and advising our clients on tax and intellectual property related issues.
Her clients include both private and start-up companies, and private equity and venture capital funds. She has advised businesses in a variety of industries including technology, bio-tech, manufacturing, food, transportations, luxury services, and real estate.
In her practice in the U.S. before moving to China, Alexa has worked with many private companies and served as their primary legal counsel throughout the different stages of their business development. She advised them from their inception by helping them adopt corporate structures with the best tax advantages, and assisting them in creating their corporate governance and compliance policies and practices. She structured private offerings to help them raise funds for their operations, and advised them on general contract matters. Because of her work experience, Alexa has an in-depth understanding of clients’ business concerns, and is committed to finding legal solutions that address and meet our clients’ business needs.
