Personal Practice Summary

Jason A. Blatt is an associate based in the firm’s Taipei office. Jason’s practice focuses on international corporate and commercial transactions for multinational and local companies throughout Greater China.

Jason is fluent in Chinese, and prior to joining the firm, he was a senior print and broadcast journalist covering Taiwan and Greater China for over a decade.

While studying at the University of Miami School of Law, Jason drafted and assisted with immigration law appeals at the Law Offices of Mario M. Lovo, P.A. in Miami, Florida and interpreted for and assisted with advising detained Chinese on immigration violations through the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center. Jason served on an American Bar Association task force that made recommendations to the Chinese government for amendments to China’s Patent Law and published research on Taiwan-China arbitration in the Hong Kong Law Journal.
