Bilingual International Transactional Attorneys

Pamir Law Group is an international law firm and consulting group based in Greater China with offices in Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing. PLG represents MNCs, and Asia based clients in cross-border transactions. We seek talented partnership track colleagues who wish to build a career in Asia with a dynamic business-focused firm which blends the best practices of the east and west. We seek successful candidates with:

• JD/LL.M from US or UK or Hong Kong law school with US or UK or Hong Kong bar admission and license.
   
• At least four to eight (4-8) years of international transactional experience at US/UK or Hong Kong law firm or in-house position with a MNC.
   
• Will re-locate to Shanghai or Taipei.
   
• Be available to travel within Asia.
   
• Experience representing international clients and leading transactions involving complex cross border corporate/corporate finance and corporate structuring matters, venture capital/private equity matters, private offerings commercial contracts, M&A, IP licensing, real estate, tax, and international joint ventures issues.
   
• China transactional experience preferred.
   
• Excellent communications and English documents drafting skills required.
   
• Superior English and Chinese skills essential. Mandarin speaker skills preferred.
  
  
• Proactive and positive work attitude, leadership skills, high EQ and team player mentality. Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
  
  
• Practical business sense and commitment to grow with the firm’s developing cross-border practice focused on Greater China.
  
  
• Ability to be creative, flexible and think “outside the box” to provide practical legal and business solutions.
   
• Knowledge and experience with Hong Kong corporate and business law a plus as well as private equity and direct foreign investment.
