Jaime Ubilla is based in the firm’s Shanghai office. He handles international corporate, commercial and financial transactions as well as project development and provides strategic, creative and practical advice. His focus has been on transactions between Asia and Latin America including a combination of developing and implementing market entry, expansion and operating strategies combining both business and legal experience to reduce risks and capitalizing on client opportunities for business success and expansion.

He has represented and advised large Asian transnational companies investing in Latin America, as well as large Latin American, Spanish, European and Indian companies investing in Asia.
He has also provided services for many years to various international environmental NGOs and social business entrepreneurs, international organizations, think tanks, business associations and chambers of commerce.
