We are proud to announce that Pamir partner Michael D. Lee is a recipient of the The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association 2010 “Best Lawyers Under 40” Award. The announcement was made during NAPABA's 22nd Annual Convention in Los Angeles, CA this week. NAPABA's official announcement states:

Partner Nicholas V. Chen has been selected as the winner of the 2009 Client Choice Award for M&A in Taiwan by London-based International Law Office (ILO).

Partner Nicholas V. Chen has been recognized in the 2009 edition of the Asialaw Leading Lawyers survey published by Asia Law & Practice magazine since 1995.

The full results of the survey will be published this June in the 2009 edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers.

Nicholas Chen presented AALDEF’s 2009 Justice in Action Award to civil rights lawyer Dale Minami at its 35th anniversary charity dinner at Pier 60 in New York City before 700 attendees. Minami headed the legal team that set aside US vs. Korematsu, one of the US’s most infamous Supreme Court cases violating civil liberties of citizens during World War II.

Partner Nicholas V. Chen has been recognized in the 2008 edition of the Asialaw Leading Lawyers survey published by Asia Law & Practice magazine. The survey has been published since 1995 and in this year’s edition, over 16,000 law firm clients and legal professionals were invited to nominate lawyers who have consistently excelled in particular fields of legal practice over the past years.

Jason A. Blatt recieved the Sister Catherine Cassidy Compassion Award from The Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (“FIAC”) at its Annual Awards Dinner. He recieved the award for his work on behalf of Chinese women and children.
