Personal Practice Summary

Nick is the managing partner of Pamir Law Group. He has a long track record of successfully closing transactions in a broad range of industries in China and Taiwan. He has been travelling and working in China since 1973.

Nick is a practical, street-smart client resource who provides an integrated business/legal approach focused on client growth, results, cost effectiveness, effective communication and home turf advantage in China/Taiwan. He has successfully completed hundreds of foreign investments into China/Taiwan in all coastal and many interior provinces for Fortune 100 multinational corporations, privately held and family group companies and private equity groups from the United States, Europe and Japan. He supports Chief Executive Officers/Chief Operating Officers, general counsel and international law firms in managing, protecting and growing their businesses with practical solutions which include a full range of corporate and tax structures to grow manufacturing/ sourcing/ distribution/service operations.

He provides support in relation to labor management, anti-competition, government relations, IP protection/ enforcement/ management, due diligence, environmental health and safety, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act/corruption matters. He is a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission arbitrator. He has advised on infrastructure, technology, media and telecommunications, aircraft finance, energy and clean/green-tech transactions, and has supported on multi-jurisdictional antitrust and IP/trade secret litigation matters.

He is a supporter of grassroots community development non-governmental organizations.
