The Taiwan Government has claimed for many years it should be included in COP meetings as part of the climate change solution. However, the deck shows that Taiwan appears to be a part of the Climate problem and not part of the Climate solution. It is a shame that Taiwan’s performance is such a global laggard/pariah. The PPT lays out what Taiwan could do to transform itself into a global model jurisdiction that would be a global leader in climate solutions and sustainability.
